Sending wishes for good health to all. In these unprecedented times, yoga helps us physically, psychologically and emotionally as we cope with the many issues arising from lockdown and self isolation.

I am continuing to teach classes online. This week’s classes as follows:
- Mum & Baby yoga (via Zoom), Tuesdays 1.30 – 2.30pm
- Pregnancy yoga (via Zoom) Tuesdays 5.30- 6.45pm
- Fertility yoga (via Zoom) Tuesdays 7 – 8.15pm
- Pregnancy yoga (via Beetroot Online live streaming) Wednesdays 12.30 -1.30pm
- Postnatal workshop (via Zoom) Saturday April 4th 10 – 11.30am
- West Ardnamurchan Community meditation and yoga 4pm – 5.15pm
- Yin yoga workshop(via Zoom) Sunday 5th April 6 – 7.30pm
