For the last 7 years, I’ve shared safe pre and post natal yoga practices with some fabulous mammas (and their babies). Many came back to my classes for their second and even third pregnancies.
Lockdown was particularly cruel for pregnant and new mums and I will never forget those early zoom classes which had the happy unexpected consequence of facilitating contact and mutual support between isolated mammas.
The move to online classes was, as we know, expected to be temporary. But now after an amazing 3.5 years of zooming out from Ardnamurchan, I have called time.
I’d like to thank all the mammas who attended and put up with my chat, my sometimes unconventional pelvic floor exercises and my fixation with the breath. There are some Edinburgh mammas out there who will never think of tissue boxes and slinky toys in the same way 🙂 I’d like to thank you for all the wonderful messages of thanks and baby pics received over the years. So pleased it helped.
Thanks too to @knotstressed for supporting both studio classes and then my online classes for the past few years.
