Postnatal workshops (KnotStressed)

Two lovely hours of me-time for mammas. Includes therapeutics for postnatal issues eg pelvic floor, ‘split abs’, sore shoulders/upper backs, postnatal appropriate yoga and much needed deep relaxation. Suitable for postnatal women from @12 weeks post partum and beyond. Next workshop Saturday November 9th 10am – 12.

Mum and Baby Yoga (KnotStressed)

For mammas with their babies. Suitable from after the 6 or 8 week check until babies are on the move @ 7 months. Postnatal yoga for mums which includes and entertains babies too so we all have fun.

Toddler Yoga (Beetroot Wellness Centre)

Yoga, movement and songs for toddlers from 18 months – 4 years with their parent or carer.

Please email to book a place. Blocks can be paid for below or drop ins are £10 cash on the day.

Classes will run until April 16th and resume later in the summer

Prenatal yoga including breathwork and relaxation for those beyond 12 weeks

Wednesdays 6.15pm – 7.15pm

Suitable for those beyond 30 weeks

Breathing for birth

Well Woman Yoga (Knotstressed)

Gentle yoga and relaxation for women.

Suitable for all women. Particularly supports those on their fertility journey and helpful for those with menstrual / peri menopausal issues
