Postnatal workshops (KnotStressed)
Two lovely hours of me-time for mammas. Includes therapeutics for postnatal issues eg pelvic floor, ‘split abs’, sore shoulders/upper backs, postnatal appropriate yoga and much needed deep relaxation. Suitable for postnatal women from @12 weeks post partum and beyond.

Mum and Baby Yoga (KnotStressed)
For mammas with their babies. Suitable from after the 6 or 8 week check until babies are on the move @ 7 months. Postnatal yoga for mums which includes and entertains babies too so we all have fun.

Toddler Yoga (Beetroot Wellness Centre)
Yoga, movement and songs for toddlers from 18 months – 4 years with their parent or carer.

Suitable for all women. Particularly supports those on their fertility journey and helpful for those with menstrual / peri menopausal issues
