Book Classes

I am now teaching face to face again. However, some classes will remain online as we have discovered that practicing from the comfort of home works well – and might be preferable in some circumstances.

For online classes, bring along a yoga mat or towel, a block (or book/cushion) and a blanket. You might like to play some music – I’ll send a suggested playlist for some classes.

You’ll need to sign up to Zoom (free) https://zoom.us. I will send a class link after booking.

Online Mum and Baby Yoga (KnotStressed)

After several years of running this lovely class, I have decided to take it off the schedule. With thanks to all the mums and babies who have taken part over the last 6 years in person and online. I’ve enjoyed running the online classes over times when covid restrictions precluded social contact – but have missed all the baby cuddles.

Online Postnatal (and beyond) Yoga

For mammas with or without their babies. Suitable from around 12 weeks postpartum onwards – and for all mums with babies, toddlers and small children. Focuses on issues that emerge in caring for little ones with a postnatal body (eg sore shoulders, lower backs, pelvic floor, gently restoring core and split abs). We don’t entertain babies in this class but we do provide mutual support for all mothers.

These classes are recorded for those who can’t make it that day. Option for a monthly pass to access the video library in addition to livestream passes

Thursdays 12.30- 1.30pm

Online Postnatal (and beyond) Workshop

A little bit of me time for new – or not so new mums. Suitable after your 6 week check (8 – 10 weeks following a C section) and ongoing. A blend of gentle postnatal yoga, therapeutics for issues arising through birth or feeding or from carrying increasingly heavy babies and toddlers around (e.g. diastasis recti – divided abs, pelvic floor issues, sore shoulders and backs) and importantly some much needed deep relaxation. Specifically timed for a Saturday morning when you can pass your babe to your partner/mum/other carer and have a bit of time to yourself. Online for the ease and accessibility of being at home with no travel time.
