Face to face classes are on hold again because of the Covid pandemic but I am now teaching successfully online via Zoom.
Practice from the comfort of home. Bring along a yoga mat or towel, a block (or book/cushion) and a blanket. You might like to play some music – I’ll send a suggested playlist for some classes.
You’ll need to sign up to Zoom (free) https://zoom.us. I will send a class link after booking.

Online Yoga for all
A welcoming yoga class with options to suit different bodies and flexibilities. Includes gentle vinyasa (with the breath) yoga movement + breath work and deep relaxation. All proceeds from this class will be donated to Social Bite who are delivering emergency food and essentials packs all over Scotland during the Covid-19 crisis and to the Lochaber Food Bank.

Online Yin Yoga workshops
Yin Yoga is deep, slow and supportive to stretch soft tissues to help you reach complete and full relaxation. Suitable for all levels and also for those with stiff tired muscles like runners and cyclists looking for a deep stretch.

Online Fertility Course
To support your fertility journey and relieve anxiety. Safe, gentle yoga movement focusing on the pelvis, positive breath work and meditation plus deep relaxation. For those at all stages, including those undergoing fertility treatment and IVF.

Online Pregnancy yoga (KnotStressed)
Prenatal yoga for those beyond 12 weeks pregnant. Includes appropriate yoga for pregnancy, breath and pelvic floor work and deep relaxation
Tuesdays 5.30pm – 6.45 pm
Wednesdays 5.30 – 6.45pm (later 3rd trimester)
5 class pass – to be taken over 7 weeks
Online Mum and Baby Yoga (KnotStressed)
For mammas with their babies. Suitable from after the 6 or 8 week check until babies are on the move @ 7 months. Postnatal yoga for mums which includes and entertains babies too so we all have fun.
Mother and Baby Yoga
5 week class pass, Tuesdays 2.30 – 3.30pm
Online Postnatal Yoga
For mammas with or without their babies. Suitable from around 12 weeks postpartum onwards. Focuses on postnatal issues (eg sore shoulders, lower backs, pelvic floor, gently restoring core and split abs). We don’t entertain babies in this class.

5 class pass (can be mixed and matched with mum&baby yoga)
Kilchoan Vinyasa (Kilchoan Community Centre)
Back on hold again – will be restored when lockdown restrictions are eased
Sundays 4pm: (Kilchoan Community Centre)
Booking essential because of reduced capacity. Please arrive and leave wearing a face covering and bring your own mat.
